The download page does not work properly..

The download window does not open properly, so I cannot receive the download.. Can I see why this is the cause?........

Well, you have given us zero information to go on, so we can only guess.

What browser are you using?  Have you tried using a different browser?  Have you tried clearing browser cache and trying again?  Do you have access to another computer to see if it happens on that computer as well?

The page displays fine for me so we know the page loads fine, just not for you.

Nah the downloads page links to https://bda.retroroms.info:82, and its TLS security certificate expired 2 days ago. This should be down for most people, unless the date is set wrong on your computer.

I've been having problems with the BDA for the first time today as well, using both Edge (Version 86.0.622.51 (Official build) (64-bit)) and Internet Explorer (Version 11.572.19041.0)

Edge gives this message:

IE gives this message:
Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate.

If so, is this site not available for download unless the administrator fixes it?

It's been down for me too, for the past 2 days.

no its not running i just tried it and it dont work i cant download nothing or unless u have to pay for a new membership which i did and still nothing kind of shitty since im new here and and just wasted 5 dollars for what for shit thank you

 Try to delete the cookies from the website, put your name and password in both sites here and BDA and try again. 

im not sure, but it seems the downloads are being capped to very small amounts like 10 files or so, and the server knocks you off and refuses any more connections.. I thought it was limited to higher limits in a 24 hour peroid? Has things changed?
