MAME 0.227 ROMs sooner (arcade + mess)

I will update the following folder for the updates  (from official 0.226 to the next official release 0.227):

You have to wait on the ArcadeUI 0.227 release then. Robbert doesn't do betas.

 Well, not sure where this December 30th date came from, and though HBMAME was released on that date, my guess is now that the 30th is almost over, the news released on the 27th may as well said it was delayed. Then again, with having to do a whole overhaul like that, can't say I blame them, as I'll rather a delay and done right than a rush filled with bugs.

The last Wednesday of December 2020 is the 30th.

I'm pretty new to mame emulation and I'm looking to update my romset... Sorry for the extremely newbie question but what are the downloads on this thread used for? To update my 0.226 romset to the 0.227 one?

 Oh I see... So do I just download the new roms and replace the old ones in my set with them and im done?

sure, but it is better than you use an rommanager like: clrmamepro, romvault or romulus.

I ran CLRMame pro with Mame v0.227 and I get the message that I'am missing Roadblasters (see attachment). Also, I cannot create a missing dat file for this and the ROM in question is not missing either. Can someone help?

The screenshot doesn't say that you're missing a rom, it only shows in the scan result window that there is something wrong with the roadblasters romset.

Click the + to show what's wrong.

Thanks for the reply Noone but if i click on + then nothing happens, unlike previous missing roms where I could click on the + and open it
