MAME 0.208 SL/CHD sooner requests

As usual because RR does not provide SL

Use his thread for added SL/CHD stuff (from official 0.207 to the next official release 0.208)

because I can't download it from MEGA.

Just getting around to updating my set for this release this weekend and it seems I'm having issues downloading certain files from the MEGA folder for some odd reason, if anyone can help I would appreciate it.
