I need CHD

According to ClrMamePro in the MAME .222 version.
After having extracted the XML, in Software List -> Fmtowns_cd-> hyplanet, the hyper-planet.hdm rom is missing.
I would also appreciate if someone could provide me with the latest cheat.zip, it is impossible for me to download it.
