Can anyone please help me out with these few roms that I couldn't find in neither MAME, HBMAME or FBA folder of the BDA?

 Hello, this is the first time I use FBA, I have a question about DAT folder and files:  Do I have to specify a path for the DAT folder and files when running the fba.exe? Noobs question.  Thanks! 

jorge, no, simply put the arcade-roms in "roms" folder, and the other systems have folders named after them.

As this is the last FBA it's been bugging me that there were no Titles or Previews for the Spectrum games. Thought I'd put a set together. Hope it's of use. They are 256x192 PNG files. They may be a bit small for some of you but it's a start !!

Thank you,  but it seems i couldn't get all of them, probably new ones were added in last build:

something wrong with the fix dat . the missing don't have crc. cant fix with no crc.

 

Samples has no crc, it's just audio files that are played when a action in game it's triggered, I suspect those are needed when the spu isn't emulated yet or when sounds rely in analogue devices. Since audio can have different compression settings or captured by different devices, it's almost impossible to different ppl capture the same audio and have same hashs..

I compiled the debug executable myself using GCC since the VS2019 version won't work and I don't need those samples.

It looks like those samples are the same as the ones the parent roms use. Are you sure they are needed?

 VS2019 it's already fixed, and those samples has different zip files as parents, so I assume those are need to play certain sounds. So far seems no one have them it seems. 

Here it's the dat just for the debug only roms and samples

The VS2019 Debug version still asks for some dlls after installing the VS2019 C++ runtime but the VS2019 Release version of FBANeo works fine.

The attached dat-file that my self-compiled GCC Debug version (06afaea) creates has the following line, indicating that the samples from the parent are used.

I don't know why your VS2019 build would create a different dat-file, the source is the same.

tmaul just recently fixed the missing drivers in the vs2019 version

Unfortunately I couldn't compile the x64 GCC510 builds because of the follow error:

I had to compile it again because the Heated Barrel roms had wrong sizes, it's fixed now in the commit:  145c048

Attached is the 64-bit GCC version.

The dll-files I am missing is because it's the debug version and those dlls are part of Visual Studio; those dlls aren't in any runtime library.

 

How did you create the Debug Only dat?
Because the samples are still wrong, those roms use the parent samples as you can see in the Debug Arcade dat.

How have you bypassed the compiling errors in the 64bits build?

Actually I created the debug-only dat myself... Since debug dat include all roms, after validate the whole set with release build dat, I rescan those files with debug build dat with crlmamepro and created a fix dat. Basically (Debug Files) - (Release Files) = (Debug Only Files)

I just use TDM-GCC that has the 64-bit version of GCC/Mingw64 built in.
Your errors say that the cc1plus.exe you use doesn't support 64-bit.

I guess you created the Debug onlly dat wrong.
The samples you miss aren't missing, they are the parent samples.

Does anyone have this file?
