I know the "Enhanced Hack" for World Heroes CRC aint right, but the other one should be.

Metal Slug 4 (Fully Decrypted) needs to be fix. Rom is there but it shows missing.

I opened a pullRequest for this and whpjq.

Copy the mslug4fd file to the mslug4 main ROM and it will be correctly identified.

This Neo Geo hacks update is driving me nuts, there's so much stuff to update. I've gone to Loggan08's website and got most of what I needed, but RomCenter still reports these as missing / incomplete:

Actually no, I went to Loggan's thinking his sets would be already updated. But I'll get those inmediately.

      looks like the dats for romvault & also on the libretro git are out of sync with latest files.

last update was 2 days ago for libretro.

They keep their sets in un-merged form, but their set seems complete... except for garoujq.
