enigmacore can be found on no-intro nes set with the filename "Enigmacore (USA) (Aftermarket) (Unl)" but with NES2.0 headers. |
While the game can be found there, headers are not datted by No-Intro, so there's no intrinsic header type to the No-Intro set. That said, I'm currently not finding a hash match regardless of header type. If you know the matching header, could you provide it? Hex is fine. |

Lodan: I'm very familiar with the NES 2.0 database, and use it plenty, but No-Intro moving from header skipping to datting headers would be a surprising move. Still, I'll see what I can find out, thanks for the heads up. starbar: Thanks for that. Surprisingly this one -is- NES 2.0. My failure to get a match was due to the tool I was using. That said, I thought FBNeo generally used iNES headers. Knowing it's mixed is somewhat irksome.... |

mhmm, two diffs, mysterious?!? 4 days ago loggan had the same number, yesterday eve compile git-numbering was 10215, this morning 10222, will check my scripts for it....all i know at the moment - they deleted some dead cards/dublettes from the code in the last days... |
...i'm sitting here in a zoom-meeting, it's so dead boring, i'm almost dying - god thanks for the 2nd monitor! after making diff between official .dat file and mine i actually found 2 games and i have no clue where they come from, the roms are dated from september 2021:
does anybody have them in his list? |
Where is the official debug dat you speak of? I'm seeing a different number still. Though I'm somewhat curious what the unlisted four on mine are now. I'll attach my dat set in case you're that bored, since I have nothing to compare it to.
At a glance, seems I don't have spec_core or nmasterk in mine, but still have one you don't? Cleaned repo and rebuilt, but nothing changed, so I'm not sure what to make of that. Grepping through the repo also shows no reference to nmasterk or spec_core, so I'm not sure why you're seeing them. |
cant find any difference between your dats and mine except the 2 roms but i have no neogeo.dat and dont know how to generate it and of course im too lazy to compare 25.000 lines by hand. so i deleted all my sources and reload the complete git again, now i have 17.896 - the 4 new spectrum roms are included and the 2 roms are gone. thus i conclude that my compile-script did only differential new compile in the last 4 months. next i tried to understand how the script works but its in perl, all i know about perl is that it is a scripting language, so i deleted all this and took muccis batch-script - this works exactly as it should and no diff any more - this means that your additional 4 roms must be neogeo... |

My arcade collection is based on DEBUG dat : http://90.230.15.92/FinalBurn%20Neo/arcade%20%5bDEBUG%5d/ i know, but this doesnt help, you have merged sets (excel says 2.399), in my arcade folder there are 6.927, my neogeo folder has 451 files but i cant compare them to the dats, thats too much work...all i know i have no missing stuff, thats enough for me! |
