keep in mind that "update" is being updated daily, maybe it has already changed for your missing. I have not checked it

Except that your file is a complete set? your "missing" roms are the same, hmmmmmmmmm ----ok you are the uploader for termosifon.

And what MEGADRIVE files are wrong?

 Quite a few more Mega Drive prototypes have been added... but you can get most of them from https://hiddenpalace.org/Main_Page

Had this problem as well, using RomCenter and the dat from the emulator. The ROMs from the above websites are OK and the DAT is not. You'll notice the emu loads those ROMs witout a problem.

 maybe the same problem here; i pick up my dat file for fbneo 1.0.0.0 whitin the emulator itself.

Maybe this dat is not right, because also persist problems with these two rom:
