The msx bios seems to be a modified version for debug purposes, I am affraid will be hard to get it without the devs share it, probably will be removed from the bios list later on.

The other one it's an open source alternative gb(c) bios developed by gambatte devs, not sure how to adquire it or compile it. 

As I though, the MSX bios it's for Dev Only (source: https://github.com/TASVideos/BizHawk/issues/2211)

and the AGB GBC gambatte bios requires to edit the official gbc world rev 1 bios replacing the bytes starting at position 0xf3 with { 0xFF, 0x00, 0xCD, 0x03, 0x35, 0xAA, 0x31, 0x90, 0x94, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 } (source: https://github.com/TASVideos/gambatte-speedrun/commit/631fcd10d32d95a78dc4418fac168997ad33561a)
