Apple II BIOS for Mednafen?

Latest Mednafen build introduced Apple II emulation. I'd love to try it, but the firmware requirements look a bit odd to me. Can anyone gather the necessary roms?

I found the Apple II roms in Mame, some had to be joined together for Mednafen.
