New to this site, paid, unable to download.

Tried to download on a free account.  It request account/password and repeat, unable to download.  Thought I need a paid account.  Bought a subscription, same thing.  I find no button for help from the administrator or support team.  Not even a help section  on the forum!  Have to post somewhere out of context.

I am using latest chrome version on a windows 10 machine, no proxy, no vpn.

I don't have any problems using the downloads section when that popup comes up for username and password, I put in the information i used to login and it works fine, I'm a non-paid subscription, good luck maybe try using firefox because that is what I use for this site.

You use your username and password that you use on the forums. That is how I download from the free.
