Neogeo CD EMU for PSP - NJEMU NGCDZ v2.3.5 final

Hey Guys,

this Neogeo CD Collection is for all users who own a Playstation Portable
Handheld Console with Custom Firmware 6.x LME or PRO.

All Neogeo CDs have been converted by me for the PSP emulator and are
ready to play. The audio tracks were converted to CD quality 128Kbit MP3
Stereo and with 44KHz. The Audio-Tracks are normalized and was testet
with no clipping included. The quality is enough for a Handheld-Console.

If anyone is interested in this paket (so reply here) then I do upload it.
There are 99 games in this archive and have ~6.2 GB in size.
Loading of these Games is very fast because the emulator loads the needed
files even while playing from the zip file. The Audio-Tracks give this old
classics a round touch.

Each Game has his own folder and in there is the zipfile with the romdata
and an additional folder names "mp3" for the Audio-Tracks.
I tested not all of them but 30/40 I tested random and working fine.

The paket has also included the Emulator in his last unofficial build from 2016.
The folderstructure is ready to extract directly to your CFW PSP root folder of
your SD-Card.

 A 128 kBit MP3 is far from CD quality, but maybe it's OK enough for a PSP.

I can still remember the end of the last millennium, when the quality of 128 kbit / s (or even 112 kbit / s) MP3 files was much worse and even on very bad PC speakers clearly distinguishable, whereas today Difference becomes smaller through newer psychoacoustic bases. Not to mention that MP3 files subside especially in the range above 15 kHz, which you probably can not hear from a certain age anyway.

Of course you can ask yourself if it makes any sense to limit the encoder in the bitrate or to use the full 320kbps, in the mistaken assumption that a lot will do a lot.

However, as early as 2008, you could see that the current codecs at 128kbps were so mature that only a few made a difference to the original, as you can see from the results of this public hearing test: http://listening-tests.hydrogenaudio.org/sebastian/mp3-128-1/results.htm

And, not to forget that this is a Handheld thats plays Neogeo CDs.

Btw. I have also all 99 in Original Rip ~41GB for use with a PC Emulator.

Maybe if I want to tackle this again, I can convert the audio tracks to 256 or 320 respectively.
For the current status that the entire online downloadable versions are currently so uncompletely and mostly offered only 92Kbit/s to reduce the space on the SD-Card.
It took some time and energy from me to accomplish this. For now is this the current final version.
