NeoGeo bios

I'm stumped, I have downloaded 5 or 6 neogeo.zip files for MAME and none of them work. Anyone know where to get a working one? Or am I missing something else? The particular game that won't run is ganryu. Thanks guys :)

If you have the latest mame release (205), just download the roms from the currentroms folder or 205 full. Should work...

Found it in the MAME download area, has a whole BIOS section. I didnt know that was there but THANK YOU for your help!
