Need help with FinalBurn Alpha HighScore DAT file.

Hi, I need help getting & setting up final burn alpha high score dat file. The operating system I am using is Solus linux & I'm using retroarch on Solus linux. I'm

using this on a desktop pc.  The version of final burn alpha I'm using is (v0.2.97.29). The reason why I'm asking for help to do this is because when I play arcade game in

retroarch (like Truxton for instance), whenever I register a high score & after I do that, then exit out the game and then next time I play Truxton or whatever game, it will not

save my registered high score. I've been looking online about how to save high scores on my version of (final burn alpha 2012 v0.2.97.29) I didn't find much at all on how to

do this. But I did hear something about a high score dat file for final burn neo mainly, I wondered if there is a file like that for my version of final burn alpha. So I

continued to search the web for a little while to see if there is. Still couldn't find anything. This is pretty much the reason why I'm asking for help on this site about how to

get and setup high score dat files in final burn alpha on retroarch. (Can someone help & guide me on this topic) Thanks for taking the time to do so...

Maybe get it from

NOT TESTED

Hi, daffyduck are you sure I can use this highscore dat file with finalburn alpha??? The reason why I'm asking this is because on the github site it says that (This hiscore.dat is only usable with lua enabled versions of mame since 0.172). If this file is compatible with finalburn alpha, what folders do I put this hiscore dat file in for this to work??

I'm sorry, but I don't know, nor I'm going to check it, as I use the FBNeo (the official standalone and not the libretro core),

The above link that I posted is from the libretro github, so you could consider it official.

[edit]

Copy hiscore.dat to SYSTEM_DIRECTORY/fba/
