Lost Handy Icon For MAME/Arcade

Just add this icon into your icon folder and it will make the missing roms STANDOUT better.
The icon itself can be anything, just call it "NOROMS.ico"

This is handy for finding those changed broken games roms from the list, IF you don't use any Rom management programs.

Rediscovered this after a few years... (Prob documented but it seems to be missing on most icon sets.)
