Is MAMEWORLD Down?

Hi folks, just been trying to get onto the MAMEWORLD forum and it's not listed. Infact half the data from the MW front page is now missing.

Anyone know whats going on over there?

When I try to go to one of the message boards directly I get a server error.  Been like that for a few days now.  Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Is MameWorld Geo Blocked to some countries as well? 

Unless I get on VPN I can't access it from where I live getting a 403 Forbidden.
