Can login to forum but never been able to download

I've been trying to login to the downloads section but keep getting asked for password, i have tried changing my password to ensure i have the correct one but will never let me download it just keeps asking for login detail. Is there something im doing wrong. Just to confirm I have never downloaded from the site so I can not be at my 24hr d/l limit. Tried both chrome and edge browsers.``
