Basic Membership Needs Authorization for download

I purchased a basic membership and am downloading hbmame 0.224 full. When downloading for the past 2 days, I get "Failed - Needs Authorization" as an error message and have not been able to download anything. Maybe I don't understand the download rules (for which I need clarification) or something else is wrong. i'm sorry for this possibly easy question to answer but I'm stuck.

Are you using a download manager?

You need to enter your username and password.

You also can't exceed 500 files per 24 hours.

Does anyone know if thid had reduced to less than 500 now?  I was downloading some individiual fies last night but the I was blocked.  I maybe did 80-100 but nothing like 500, so not sure if the same issue?  Thanks in advance :-)
