is complete, from what file (or provide Description) is what missing (pals ????)

also https://bda.retroroms.net/downloads/mame/currentroms/splashms.zip seems complete.

And it is also helpful when you provide the emulator version (official or not, version number), the rompath where you have downloaded the "incomplete" files.
