MAME278:Speed Up romset incomplete

please provide more details with such description I must guess which file is missing what .....

https://bda.retroroms.net/downloads/mame/currentroms/speedup.zip
is complete, from what file (or provide Description) is what missing (pals ????)

also https://bda.retroroms.net/downloads/mame/currentroms/splashms.zip seems complete.

And it is also helpful when you provide the emulator version (official or not, version number), the rompath where you have downloaded the "incomplete" files.

MAME278 complains that "Speed Up" (all versions) are missing 2 files (pals). Please fix this.

Also splashms is incomplete.
