In-source mentioned roms inside comments

I have come across a trio of dat file that I could use some help filling.  These are for MAME, HBMAME and the Software XMLs and reference anything that I was not able to find that is located inside a comment from each source.  Provided are the fix_ dats from clrmame which were produced.
