Attack Pla Rail missing files romset 275

Romcenter 4.11 says that this two files are missing cl1-iob.ic5 cl1-ieda.ic5.I downloaded file provided on the site and still the error is listing as incomplete(roms missing)

Any help should be greatly appreciated
