progetto-SNAPS 0.212 update!

Ready (finally!) the MAME 0.212 update of "MAME progetto-SNAPS".

• It's available this https://mega.nz/#F!adRSWC6C!RGYsZNxIe2OIHrWMYk-Izw folder on Mega.nz that allows individually download files to update from version to version. The folder will be temporarily available until the next update.

• Even this month, the update has been reduced due to the lack of free time. From next month I hope to return to normality.

• The next update is scheduled for Sunday, September 15, 2019.

I started from a full 0.209 set and am missing 1 Title and 8 Snap pictures after a rebuild to 0.212.
They all are from Sega Saturn, but I can't find an update on the site.
