progetto-SNAPS 0.209 update!

Ready the MAME 0.209 update of "MAME progetto-SNAPS".

• It's available this folder on Mega.nz that allows individually download files to update from version to version. The folder will be temporarily available until the next update.

• This month is the one where I have less time to dedicate to MAME, so I only updated the snapshots.  I hope to return fully operational from June/July.

• The next update is scheduled for Sunday, June 16, 2019.

Greetings to all those who follow my work; I regret to inform you that next Sunday, June 16, the update cannot be published.

Work at home, after the move yesterday, I'm very late and my PC has a low position in my priority table.

Surely I will not be able to release messinfo.dat updated to version 0.210 (the git version, almost complete, is still online) and the image packages I don't know when I'll be able to do them.

I'm very sorry (as well as tired beyond all limits).

Welcome the delays due to these personal things ...I'm happy to hear you again. 

After the second month I didn't see updates I started to be "worried" :).

When you will fix it all on personal side, do you think to do a cumulative releases about extrafiles which will include all the versions of these jumped months?
