Upgraded to premium but I still can't download

Hi,

I started downloading the mame full rom set and figured I'd upgrade to premium to avoid the limit.

Unfortunately I still can't download after upgrading.

Is there some delay before the limit is raised?

• Your previous failed login (before upgrade) is cached for up to 60 minutes max. After upgrading, you may need to wait up to 60 minutes if you exceeded a limit before upgrading.
