Paid the $5 to upgrade from standard to Basic, but looking under my user details it still says standard and I'm not being allowed to download any more files.....
Yep I waited an hour before retrying.

I got back from my holiday last night. I saw that there were a few memberships that Paypal never sent the details through as "complete". I have pushed them all through, except one where a Paypal dispute was opened. I have contacted that person directly to discuss how to proceed. |
