Mame and multiple controllers

Hi I bought two controllers below to play multiple players on my MAME rom game. Unfortunately, when I mapped the buttons it mapped for both controllers. I would like to have 4 people playing at one time. Which controllers would you guys recommend for 4 players?

If use PC windows set a different id for any device you attach........

I have read it's a raspberry pi issue........... possible fix.

Attach one gamepad and configure it. After you have setted this completely attach the second and configure only after complete the first.

You problably can obtain two different device id for every different controller.....

I'm using Launchbox on a pc.  Would you pls let let me know how I can set a different id?

I had the issue of my arcade controllers (zero delay usb devices) would switch order after reboot.   Found this and works great on Windows 7 & 10.
