MESS Testdrivers

Hi,

Can anyone explain the purpose of MESS "Testdrivers"? Are they necessary for using MESS? If so, where should they be placed in MESS?

Testdrivers are not necessary. You must be looking at very old source, as they have not existed for a number of years.

The MESS folder is very old, everything from MESS is now in MAME (means in the MAME folder on BDA)
