MAME64.exe not included in 0.229 Binary

Am I doing something wrong or does the latest release only contain mame.exe and not mame64.exe?

 * If you want to build 64-bit and 32-bit in the same tree without them stomping on each other, use SEPARATE_BIN=1 (you already need

    to do this for TOOLS=1 anyway).
