MAME XML-/DAT-File stripper Tool

The MAME DAT-Files are really quite big. The export from the exe file creates an XML file which contains everything what the emulator needs,
but not all of this is needed for ROM management.

Among other things, the following entries are actually only relevant for the emulation:

1. <device_ref>
2. <sample>
3. <chip>
4. <display>
5. <sound>
6. <input>
7. <dipswitch>
8. <port>
9. <feature>
10. <biosset>
11. <device>
12. <configuration>
13. <slot>
14. <ramoption>
15. <adjuster>

Since editing this files causes some text editors to struggle, I thought so to write a little tool that removes these lines from the
XML object. As a result, the files become smaller by a factor of 1/4.
