MAME 0.252 SL/CHD sooner requests

I try to mount the Windows 98 SE (CHD) available in the last MAME release.

But I've always get this error: Disk I/O error. Replace the disk, and press any key.

What am I missing? Can anybody help me?

Could someone mirror the CHD update ?

The SL CHD update you can also get from PD.
