MAME 0.213 SL/CHD sooner requests

As usual because RR does not provide SL

Use his thread for added SL/CHD stuff (from official 0.212 to the next official release 0.213)

Don't search/post here for stuff that is already added to 0.212 or earlier!

The first one is in the Mega folder and the last 3 were in the mephisto SL set in Mame 0.212.

gnw_mbaway  : tb-94.melody (256 bytes) - INCORRECT CHECKSUM:

   FOUND: CRC(883931c2)

Also sdk.85.zip misses empty.a14

Both roms are from the 0.213 full folder

@zscomp, you're not using the official Mame 0213 release to create your romset.

 Yeah now i see what is happening.

I compiled my mameui from mameui sources and seems there are differencies with the mame release, as robbbert updated the 0.213 files 11 days ago.
