I checked with laromicas, he has my old stash copied, so i cleaned up house to make room for last night's hunting.
Found a nice round 1600 files - expect 43 zips once the upload is done (a good 11 gigs). The majority is, as said, for the official soundtracks - most of them we had in FLAC already, but now all but three are down to some random README files.
Sitting at 11'351 missing, and got a handful of things to mangle around overnight. If any of you are bored, feel free to check doujinstyle.com for some of the "fan" games and visual novels. Also, mediafiretrend.com can be handy. There's also https://archive.org/details/doujin-game-tsumeawase - however, all the filenames are in Kanji or Hiragana, so, good luck!
Finally, i broke my own DATs down yet another dir level, and will probably do a third, so i.e. "Touhou Project - 4.1.7 - Fan Content - Games - Shooting" gets its own DAT. Also, move the soundtracks from Fan Games to a Fan Music section (oops! - still lacking two of those!). Also, i would like to concatenate the Tools sections into one, since there are tons of duplicates anyway.
When i get a bit further with that project, you are welcome to a copy - nothing will be removed at all, just a tidier layout and getting rid of those superdat annoyances. In that way, whenever we complete a section, the archives inside archives can be unpacked, and a proper replacement DAT can be made, bit by bit. In that way, for instance, you can tell Romvault to keep the music DAT uncompressed, so you can actually listen to it, instead of just having 50 gigs of dead bits.
Please, help yourselves - almost done with the soundtracks. Or if you would rather wait, when you see Crimzon Clover World EXplosion there (which i picked up only an hour ago), the upload is complete.
EDIT: All done. Enjoy!
