Uploaded eight soundtracks. Grabbed literaly hundreds of music files overnight - ignoring the txt files, there are only six four three incompletes left of the entire music collection. If anybody care to have a look at nyaa, the missing are the TH16 demo and the TH17 and TH18 soundtracks, all in FLAC, and are not in the 
ZUN/Touhou Official Music Collection v3.
