Please find 20250526_Touhou Project All-In-One Pack.zip on my Mega. Managed to salvage a complete soundtrack from a broken archive, recreate some .url files, plus some other random bits.

It would be possible to recreate the remaining .url file, however, it points to a specific release on Github, and there are almost 200 of those ..
