Unable to download

I've been out of RetroROMS for some time and now I came back to download some MAME 0.186 roms. However, even after logging, I cannot download any of the roms. Chrome says that the download was refused, so I would like to know what may I have to do do download roms here again. My username and password are correct but I just cannot grab the files. My username is elmachipsfoose. Please help!

Solved! I was clicking with the right button and using 'save link as...'. Tha was the problem. Now I've downloaded the files, you can delete this post please. Thanks!
