If you collect all the systems, look at pc98_cd, they are the same.

You can only answer your question -> If you don't need them you don't have to download them. If you want a complete MAME Set including a complete Softwarelist-set you have to download them.

The Dreamcast Software List was de-orphaned 1 day after 0.195 was released. This means that it was technically there in 0.195, but clrmamepro will not know to look at it since it's not referenced anywhere in the MAME64.exe code. In 0.196 it will most definitely be there along with a bunch of new discs added in 0.196, so your best bet if you want a complete set is to download these now, and store them in a separate directory until 0.196 releases. If this mega.nz site goes away it's going to be really tough to find these files again. If that happens, a number of people (including myself) will probably need to have them all put on a new mirror.
