Help The checksums do not match the downloaded fil

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with the CHD.

The checksums do not match the downloaded files.

The files offered on the page are different

what is wrong?

example
Missing chd: kov3hd_v105.chd [chd-sha1: c185888c59880805bb76b5c0a42b05c614dcff37]

But the downloaded file has sha1: 68b163aa7adf153f05a513fa767cd80a9c3095e2

For more, see Appendix

Thank you!

you can check a chd with chdman.exe. Use the following command to verify a chd-file (use the latest chdman.exe)

e:\Emulation\Mame\chd\2spicy>chdman.exe verify -i dvp-0027a.chd
chdman - MAME Compressed Hunks of Data (CHD) manager 0.181 (mame0181)
Raw SHA1 verification successful!
Overall SHA1 verification successful!

your screenshot says nothing to me -> it displays missing chds ..........

what chd have you downloaded from here that does NOT match? And you have unpacked all the rar-parts ( at the end only a "Name".chd should be there)? how do you get the SHA1 from your file? Use also chdman.exe to see the sha-1 .....(not using a 3party tool).

e:\Emulation\Mame\chd\2spicy>chdman.exe verify -i dvp-0027a.chd
chdman - MAME Compressed Hunks of Data (CHD) manager 0.181 (mame0181)
Raw SHA1 verification successful!
Overall SHA1 verification successful!e:\Emulation\Mame\chd\2spicy>chdman.exe info -i dvp-0027a.chd

thank you I had the chds all unpacked and placed in my update ornder to the ROMs I thought that clrmamepro v 4.031c update the chds itself but I have to move the files by hand into the rom folder and create a folder and scan again. As program I have used the hashcheck v2.1.11.1.

yep CLRMAMEPRO does not move chd.
