Clrmamepro won't load .191

Never had this problem before, when loading CMP I get this error. Thanks for any help.

Can you run MameUI64 by itself?

Yes it loads, but I had to run as administrator, since windows didn't allow it to run, there maybe something wrong with the .exe?

I just re-did the entire folder and now CMP reads it, not sure what happened from .190 to .191 but it's working now...

what os are you using?
